Romans 1:18-32

Before you read Romans 1:18-32, read Genesis 6:1-7
Then read Romans 1:18-32

Ponder
1. I actually thought that this passage was pretty scary. We don't usually think of the wrath of God. What caused God's wrath? Besides the fact that man has been perverse, we also have a God that is sovereign and holy. Remember the checklist that MQ and Liru gave, go through it again slowly in your own time and try to pinpoint the incident, rather than just write a yes/no answer.

2. Do we have any excuse as to not believe in God? Why or why not?

3. Yet, I also found comfort in the attributes of God presented in this passage. Find them out and write them down!

Pray and confess sins. Pray and give thanks. Pray and praise God.

Romans, admittedly, is a cheem book to understand. Through doing these set of devotions, it will not make you or me an expert in Romans. Perservere on! I believe that each time you read the bible, no matter how many times you've read that passage, there's always another revelation, if you're willing to listen.
